25 students took ill after consuming stale and adulterated food at a SC students’ hostel at Jaladurgam in Papali Mandalam of Kurnool district today.

Reports said that all those who took ill were admitted to a Done hospital. According to police, adulterated food was served to students and soon after consuming the food, the students complained of giddiness and started vomiting.

Police have registered a case against the hostel managers and are inquiring.  (JUBS)
