The APPSC, continuing with its spree of notifications for recruiting staff in various sections of different departments of the state government, today issued 10 notifications for recruiting 2739 employees.

The recruiting agency also issued notification for the Group-2 category for which examinations will be held on July 15.

Notifications were issued for recruiting 119 executives, 406 non-executives, 8 senior horticultural assistants, 656 degree lecturers, 319 civil assistant surgeons and some other posts. Examinations will be conducted on May 6 for the posts of lecturers and on July 1 for the RWSAEE posts.

A spokesman of the APPSC said that 9 lakh applications were received for the posts of VROs and more than 1 lakh for the posts of VRAs.  (JUBS)
