Dayakara: KCR owes explanation on Rajam-Azad nexus

TDP Telangana Forum convener Mr Errabilli Dayakara rao alleged that the congress and TRS leaders have been continuing their match-fixing activity over the Telangana issue.

Addressing a media conference at the TDP office in Hyderabad today, Dayakara rao said that Mr. Rajam, owner of the Namaste Telangana daily, had met the Union Minister and in-charge of the congress affairs in AP Mr Ghulam Nabi Azad to finalize the deal on Polavaram Project tenders.

Commenting on reports that Mr Rajam was also present when CM Kirankumar reddy held consultations with Azad in Delhi on Wednesday on cabinet expansion, Dayakara rao said his party’s stand that TRS Chief KCR had conspired with the congress party and pledged the Telangana agitation for the sake of Polavaram Project tenders had been vindicated.

“KCR needs to give an explanation to the people of Telangana on why Rajam had met Azad,” demanded the TDP leader.

Dayakara Rao also found fault with the alleged silence of KCR, his son Taraka Rama Rao and his nephew Harish Rao when the Chief Minister and the YSR Congress president YS Jaganmohan reddy were touring the Telangana areas. (JUBS)
