The talks between the AP Junior Doctors’ association and the Cabinet Sub Committee ended in failure today and the doctors announced their strike would continue till the government accepts their demands.
As the government has refused to hike the stipend, the doctors’ representatives walked out of the talks midway. “The strike will continue till our demands are met,” announced the doctors.
Meanwhile, the strike by the doctors entered the ninth day today and the doctors have threatened to stop attending on emergency cases. (JUBS)
