YSRC president Jaganmohan Reddy has filed a bail petition in the Supreme Court on Monday. In his petition, Jagan mentioned that he has been cooperating with the investigation of the CBI in illegal assets case. Also, Jaganmohan Reddy has mentioned that he has the need to drive the political party as he's the president of a party. Further, he stressed on the need for the utilizing his vote for Presidential election. All the cases slapped against Jagan were politically motivated, mentioned the petition. He urged to set aside the verdict of Andhra Pradesh and grant him bail.
It may be recalled that High Courtquashed his bail petition after hearing the arguments of noted lawyer Ram Jetmalani. Jagan has been in Chanchalguda jail for nearly two months in his connection with illegal assets case. CBI is probing the case while CBI Court is trying the same.
