Jagan withdraws bail petition

YSRC president and the prime accused in illegal assets case, Jaganmohan Reddy has withdrawn his bail petition, which he filed at the Supreme Court. Jagan earlier applied for bail with AP High Court. Since, the High Court rejected the bail, he has applied to the Supreme Court. However, today he withdrew the bail plea.

The sources said the political advisers and counsels of Jaganmohan Reddy told him that it was inappropriate to apply for bail plea in the wake of the investigation by Enforcement Directorate. Therefore, he took his petition back.
