Congress MP s from Telangana region have met AICC in charge of Gulam Nabi Azad on Tuesday evening. They have complained to Azad against the police high handedness in Siricilla of Karimnagar district on Monday when Vijayamma headed to the textile village to stage a protest. They have also expressed their displeasure over state government providing high-level security to YSRC acting president YS Vijayalakshmi. Earlier, MP Hanumantha Rao too questioned as to why the state government had to beef up so many cops.

Meanwhile, the sources said Congress high command asked Kiran Kumar Reddy to come to Delhi to apparently question him on the extra interest taken by the government over YS Vijayamma's tour. The government's act also gave raise to many doubts among political observers who reportedly questioned whether Kiran Kumar Reddy was a covert in the Congress party and if he had plans to support YSR Congress in future.

In the wake of so many allegations, the political observers said Congress party is likely to change the leadership in the state and as of now only Chiranjeevi is the right option for Congress as he's the leader with established mass support and is also a loyal person, who sticks to ethics and morals. Chiranjeevi making a clear stand on Telangana itself proved how loyal and genuine he is, said observers. They have also felt that Chiru would have beat around the bush on the issue like other opposition party leader. But, his sincerity and loyalty made him come out with a firm statement, added the political observers. So, Chiranjeevi is the right choice for Congress and that's the best option in order to retain power in 2014.
