The  chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and Governor ESL Narasimhan have greeted the prime minister Manmohan Singh on his 80th birthday today. Governor has said that he conveyed birthday wishes  on behalf of the people in Andhra Pradesh. Russian prime minister Vladamir Putin also conveyed birthday wishes to Manmohan Singh. Meanwhile, the prime minister office has said that PM's birthday celebrations would be low profile.
