Padma Bhushan Chiranjeevi is all set to swear in as the minister of state for tourism at 11.30 am today in Delhi. The moment this post was confirmed by the media last night, fans of megastar expressed their happiness by posting messages to the social networking websites. Chiranjeevi too expressed his satisfaction over the portfolio allotted. He has said that Chiranjeevi was ignored by the Congress. He has said that his position was standard in the hearts of the Telugu people. Further, he said he didn't put forth before the Congress any conditions before PRP was merged with Congress.

Meanwhile, others from the state who would be inducted into the cabinet today include Killi Kruparani, Jaya Suryaprakash Reddy, Sarvey Satyanarayana and Balram Naik. Notably, all of them would also get MoS (minister of state) portfolios.
