CPM, which has already cleared its stand on Telangana statehood issue, has lashed out at the Centre over all party meet convened on December 28. CPM state secretary B V Raghavulu has said that Shinde's statements on the all party meeting sounded irresponsible. Further, he said that only to safeguard the UPA Government, the all party meeting has been convened.
BV Raghavulu further demanded the state government to start assembly sessions to discuss public issues. Also, he said CPM would declare its future course of action on public issues. It has to be mentioned here that CPM in the all party meeting convened in Delhi after December 9 statement has supported unified state while CPI supported Telangana state.
