In a shocking incident, the police recovered a suitcase in Kondapur area of Hyderabad that contained arms and ammunition besides a few blank cheques. According to the sources close to the police, the police came down to the bus stand near APSP battalion after getting information about the suitcase. After they opened, the police saw pistols, bullets and cheques in it. This incident has sent shock waves among people who were present over there.

It is known that terrorists earlier said that they would target Hyderabad to avenge Kasab's death. So, it looked like whether this could be a move by terrorists to check whether police was alert or not. Anyway, it was good that police acted on time and opened the suitcase. Had it gone into wrong hands, things would have been horrific. Meanwhile, the police reportedly asked the public not to worry and stressed that tight security has been in the place.
