There are wide spread rumours doing the rounds that a poster on the outskirts of the Hyderabad city by some unknown miscreants is raising panic amidst worried public.
According to news flashed across by a prominent online media source, near the Kothagudem bridge, some posters are rumoured to have sprung up with an 'hate campaign' against the Andhra settlers in the city.
As per the report many slogans included 'Andhras go back' had been printed on the wall poster that is raising the 'alarm' button among the readers.
Though it is just a rumour and there is nothing to panic about it immediately, it only goes on to show the handiwork of miscreants who are misusing the delirious situation.
A call for Telangana is welcome but the 'go back' campaign would only malign the hard work of the leaders who were striving for a separate state.
As our nation feels pride with 'Unity in Diversity' slogan. And people from anywhere travel to anyplace with in the country for a living.
This unwanted, figments of weird imagination of some unscrupulous elements must be condemned forthrightly.
It may be noted that Telangana Vidyarti Aikiya Vedika released a similar poster asking Andhra people to go back, in October 2011. However the movement did not take off, after being discarded by the leaders of the region. (Wishesh AarKay)
