In a major respite to the people in the state, the state government has extended the deadline of subsidized gas without Aadhaar card by another two months. While the original date to avail subsidized domestic gas without Aadhaar card was February 15, the heavy rush and panic situation among the households apparently prompted chief minister Kiran Kumar to take the decision by extending the deadline by another two months. With the relaxation date, the people in the state are now taking deep breathe.
Chief minister, who was in Delhi for two days reportedly explained to Congress high command and Centre about the decision taken by the state government on relaxation of date. Meanwhile, chief minister has reportedly said that over 100 additional Aadhaar centres would be set up for the convenience of the public.
