Muslim brethren looking forward to going on Haj pilgrimage can now enroll their names at Haj House in Hyderabad. Minority welfare minister Ahmedullah has started the enrollment procedure. Right from today morning, scores of public have been bee-lining for getting their names registered in Haj House for going on Haj pilgrimage.
As many as 5,000 persons can go to Haj this year and state government is spending as much as two crore rupees for the same. The last date for getting the names registered for Haj House is February 20. On the other hand, government has also provided 12 crore rupees for renovation of Haj House. It has to be mentioned here that every year state government has been allotting funds for Haj pilgrimage and this year too the process has started.
