Prime minister Manmohan Singh is going to visit Hyderabad on Sunday. After arriving at the airport, the sources said, the prime minister would straight away go to the place where blasts took place in Dilsukhnagar area of Hyderabad two days ago. After that he's most likely to hold a meeting with the chief minister, home minister Sabitha Indra Reddy and other police officials to know what are the steps being taken to ensure the city is safe, added sources.

As per the schedule, Manmohan Singh would arrive in the city at 11 am. It has to be mentioned here that the twin blasts in Dilsukhnagar of the city have claimed at least 17 lives while left dozens injured out of which the condition of nearly half-a-dozen persons was said to be critical. The injured persons would be getting an exgratia up to one lakh, said the state government.
