Earlier, there was one case pending against the now Union Tourism Minister Chiranjeevi that was lodged by Rajsekar and Jeevita. Chiranjeevi fans have destroyed the car that belonged to Rajsekar and Jeevita after they made a comment on their star. The case was ongoing at the Nampally court after it was adjourned for a later date.

The case will no longer proceed as the court has dismissed the case after the duo has requested the court to drop the case since they were withdrawing. Talking to the media, the duo told that the withdrew the case because the original culprits were scot-free but the attackers are being tried in the court.
