On the eve of International Women's Day, TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu hailed the womanhood. Expressing his concern over attacks on women, Chandrababu said that it is the duty of everyone in the society to ensure that attacks on women don't take place. He addressed gathering today at Chavalipadu of Krishna district.

Chandrababu Naidu has also said that women should be encouraged to take part in active politics. Stressing on TDP's commitment towards women, Babu said it was NTR who introduced reservations to women in local body elections. Babu further demanded the government to ensure that a woman should get equal right in her father's property.

It may be noted that Chandrababu Naidu's speech reportedly evoked good response. It looks like Babu has almost won half of the way.
