Double-decker train to shuttle between Hyd-Vizag soon

To all those awaiting double-decker train from Hyderabad/Secunderabad railway station, here's some good news as the union minister of state for railways Kotla Surya Prakash has said that a double-decker train would soon shuttle between Hyderabad and Vishakapatnam. The best part of this train is that it can accommodate a large number of passengers unlike the conventional coaches. Also, the contemporary look and feel would make the journey a comfortable one.

In fact, the first ever double-decker train between Bangalore and Chennai-which was scheduled to be flagged off this month-was kept for an exhibition at Bangalore City railway station a couple of weeks ago. The proposed train between Hyderabad and Secunderabad station could be a similar except that it might have berths as time taken between Bangalore and Chennai is four hours and therefore that train has no berth facility.

Anyway folks, it would be exciting to see a double-decker train between Vishakapatnam and Hyderabad. Already, Garibrath Express between these two stations received good response and let us hope that the proposed train also gets similar response from the public.
