What the hell is happening with the soft gender in this country? This is the question that has been irking scores in today's world. Rape after rapes and dowry deaths, as if these were not enough fathers eliminating babies only because they don't want to raise daughters are putting the society as shame. In an astonishing incident, a man has murdered his eight-month-old baby as he didn't want his wife to give birth to a baby.

This incident, which sent shock waves among locals, took place last night at Gandipet area of Hyderabad. A farmer by profession, Ramulu earlier also tried to kill his daughter after which a police case was filed. Now his wife, the unfortunate mother of the baby, wants the law to take stringent course of action against her husband.

The observers have said that government should ensure that special education programmes and demonstrations are hosted to educate that a woman has no role in deciding the gender.
