YSR Congress supremo Jaganmohan Reddy's case seems to be more intensifying with Enforcement Directorate gearing up for interrogating a few more persons in connection with this case. Already notices have been served on Jagati Publications and also on its auditor Vijayasai Reddy. In fact, it's not for the first time that Vijayasai would appear before the enforcement directorate.
As per the notice, Vijayasai should appear before ED on April 2. Therefore, he applied permission before CBI court in Hyderabad to go to Delhi. It is known that Vijayasai Reddy is accused number two in illegal assets case, which has been tried by CBI court. So, CBI court, while granting bail to Vijayasai, directed him not to leave Hyderabad. Hence, in order to go to Delhi, he should have permission from CBI court.
Further, he even moved petition seeking his name to be removed from the second charge sheet filed by CBI. The court will hear this petition on 1st of April.
