State Government today issued orders to the effect that a State Security Commission is created which will be chaired by the State Home Minister.

Other Members of the commission are State Principal Secretary, Law Secretary and a Sitting High Court Justice.

Home Minister Sabita Indra Reddy initiated making of the commission in the wake of increasing crime rate in the State. CC cameras and other monitoring devices will be installed to protect the people of the State from unwanted criminal attacks and to maintain law and order in the State.

The recommendations made by the Minister for Home were accepted by the Governmet and a GO is passed that effect.
