Representatives from all Telugu Associations in Tamil Nadu met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jaya Lalitha today.

The Telugu Associations have a proposal to build an Andhra Bhawan in Chennai.  The Associations requested Jaya Lalitha to extend her help in making it a reality.

It has been a dream for the Telugu associations for a long time to have a place of their own for the purpose of conducting cultural activities felicitations and other activities with Telugu back ground.

Telugu Associations at Chennai met on 27th November 2012 unanimously agreed to look for a bigger place to build a cultural center for Telugus.  They formed a sub-committee to search and identify suitable lands for this purpose.
