The Telangana Rashtra Samiti President K Chandrasekhar Rao called for the halt of the Metro works in Hyderabad.  

While talking at Medak KCR said that a money swindling is going on in the Metro project which will be examined and revealed after Telangana State is formed.  KCR complained that the Chief Minister received kickbacks from L&T to the tune of Rs.100 crores.  

KCR who said that the TRS party will attend All Party Meet and present its view on the bifurcation of the State demanded that the Metro works should halt immediately.  

Some of the Congress party leaders whispered among themselves that KCR would have objected if the Metro works were stopped in the wake of the State division calling the ruling party in the State as obstructing the development in the Telangana that is going to form soon with a partiality towards Seemandhra.
