The CBI Special courts today rejected Jagan's petition to allow him to tour in the country.
The YSR Congress party President YS Jagan who was jailed for 16 months on the charges by CBI for the Disproportionate Assest was given a conditional bail on September 23 as per which he was restricted to Hyderabad.
But he was allowed to visit his father YSR’s tomb as a special occasion. As Jagan pleaded later for allowing him to go Delhi and attend the Parliament as he is an elected representative for the Parliament from Kadapa, the court has relaxed the bail conditions by allowing him to go to Delhi.
But Jagan’s request to allow him to tour in the Country is rejected by the CBI Court today.
Jagan made an application to the CBI Court on 7th November requesting to relax the bail conditions further to be able to tour in the country as Jagan as the President of the political party is required to tour to meet and discuss with various leaders in the country and to conduct meetings. He also wanted to move in the country without prior intimation to CBI. But the request is turned down by the CBI Special Court at Hyderabad today.
