The incident of 15 mental patients running from the Mental Hospital in Erragadda Hyderabad occurred at midnight last.
The patients reportedly used oxygen cylinder to break the walls of the hospital to run out of the hospital and to breathe the air of freedom.
As the patients are mentally unstable, the authorities are worried about the safety of the patients and the civilians.
