Yet again Assembly has been postponed indefinitely without any discussions. Even after holding a BAC meeting, the members of the house seems to be not going back on their respective stands.  Speaker Manohar requested all the MLAs to get back to their seats and raise their concerns over the bill.

Like Assembly, the Council was also put-off to tomorrow. Meanwhile Speaker Manohar asked the members to submit a written format of amendments to be made in the Bill by 10 January. Ironically all the MLAs are asking for a discussion on the bill in press meets but none of them are taking initiative to calm down their own party leaders.
