Just a day after Twitter controversy with Pakistan journalist Mehr Tarar, Sunanda was found dead in Delhi at Leela Palace hotel. According to the Delhi police, Shashi Tharoor called upon police after he arrived from Congress meeting at 8:15 PM and informed that Sunanda was found dead in room number 345. Her body was taken to AIIMS hospital  for postmortem.

Delhi Police have ordered an inquiry on the mystery and so far they haven't found any evidence or note kind of thing. AIIMS doctors will issue a postmortem report later today and all the info of Sunanda's death will be revealed then.
