This is not a regular come and go research, which can just be read and forget. It is the result of a number of days research on the lakhs of people. However, many companies are concerned about their employees’ health and thus ‘work 5 days a week’ scheme is being implemented.
On the other hand, it would be better if the government comes forward and implement the concerned law strictly, which does not allow any company, to make its employees work for more than 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.
When the company is concerned about the employees and their health, the employees will obviously concern about their companies and in fact such company has a right option to question their employees, if they are found guilty. Needless to say, such employee caring companies have every chance to perform better and prosper.
