Hyderabad citizens no more need to worry even though they forget to carry with them, any of the documents like driving license, while driving on the road. If the police officials, stops the citizens on the road, a mobile can do the whole process.

Getting into the details, in Secretariat, Hyderabad, IT Minister KT Rama Rao, has launched an app called ‘RTA m-Wallet’. This app helps the motorists avoid physically carrying the vehicle related documents like driving license, registration certification etc.

The app offers a simple and efficient single-screen display for important vehicle-related documents.

As the documents issued by the transport department can be stored in this app, in digital form, not just avoiding physical carriage of documents, it even prevents from loss or misplacement.

During the scrutiny by the officials, the motorists can just show 'RTA m-Wallet' on their smart phones.

The official statement said, the digital wallet for all transport-related documents will be available on Android and iOS platforms.

'RTA m-Wallet' also offers options to add multiple vehicles owned by an individual. The documents once downloaded on the application will be saved permanently, the official release said.
