ISIS: Indian jihadists plan revenge for Indian bombings!

ISIS has launched a new propaganda video that showed off a large group of allegedly Indian Kalashnikov-wielding jihadists, fighting against the Syrian forces in the Homs province.

Reportedly, the 22 minute video, which witnessed the Arabic language in it, showed Fahad Tanvir Sheikh, a Thane engineering student, who went to Syria along with 3 others, from the city, in 2014.

As per the reports, only Fahad Tanvir Sheikh could be recognized in the video, in which he uses the pseudonym Abu Amr’ al-Hindi.

Sheikh in the video, was spotted saying, “We will return...but with a sword in hand, to avenge the Babri Masjid, and the killings of Muslims in Kashmir, in Gujarat, and in Muzaffarnagar.”

Sheikh even pays homage to his friend from Thane, Shahim Tanki, who  reportedly got killed in a bomb attack in Raqqa in 2015.

On the other side, in the video, one jihadist claimed that, he escaped the 2008 Batla House encounter, against IM terrorists holed up in Batla House locality in Jamia Nagar, Delhi.

Responding to the video, US-based private SITE Intelligence Group said that, it is a part of ISIS propaganda campaign on foreign fighters in their ranks. Homs  terror group's division released the video on Indian fighters aimed at recruiting jihadists from the country to fight against the Syrian government forces.

“The interviewed ISIS fighters called on Indians to leave their country and join the 'jihad' in Syria against the 'kuffar' (infidels),” a local news report said, adding that there is no clarity on the number of Indians, fighting with the ISIS, inside Syria.

It further said, citing Syrian Arab Army sources, that, there has been a recent surge in the number of dead Indian fighters near the ancient city of Palmyra,  Syria.

The video also witnessed several groups of militants on board small boats brandishing Kalashnikov, with an ISIS flag in the background, and also shows the  bearded faces of most of the militants.

It also showed the militants joining hands and pledging 'jihad' against the Syrian forces.
