MK Stalin has been elected as the Party’s working president in the general council meeting that has been held today. Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) council meeting has been held today which has been scheduled on December 20th after the Chief Karunanidhi has been hospitalized due to ill health. The meeting has been conducted by the party’s general secretary K Anbazhagan. This news created a huge sensation all over as AIADMK Chief V Sasikala took the oath recently.

MK Stalin who has been working as a treasurer for DMK will move up to the chair of the working president. Karunanidhi who has been hospitalized twice will continue to stand as the President and he could not attend the meeting as he has been advised rest. Stalin bowed to touch the feet of Anbazhagan after the announcement has been revealed.
