AP Government Issues New Guidelines With Relaxation In Green Zones:- The government of Andhra Pradesh issued new guidelines that should be followed from today to battle coronavirus. The Centre already issued that the lockdown should be implemented strictly till April 20th after which there would be some relaxations. AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy said that there would be several guidelines with relaxation in Andhra Pradesh from today. Operations would be resumed across the manufacture of 25 essential items across the state. A Government Order (GO) has been issued with the title 'Containment, Control, and Prevention of COVID-19 epidemic-consolidated guidelines concerning the exceptions for lockdown'.
This GO is issued by the Industries and Commerce Department of Andhra Pradesh. All these departments are asked to follow strict health guidelines and social distancing. All the industries and factories that are located in the red zone will not be permitted to operate. All the industries located in the green zones are allowed to operate from today and they should follow the measures of thermal check, physical distancing, sanitation, wearing of face masks and others. The total number of coronavirus cases reached 647 in Andhra Pradesh by yesterday and 44 new cases are registered on Sunday. The death toll reached 18.
