Andhra University had been threshold of scholars, but in the lime light for wrong reasons. The distance education department professor had proposed a barter deal of a different sort to an aspiring girl student. The 56-year-old professor  made an illegitimate proposal to the student that the degree will be issued to her without hassles, if she cooperates to his advances. She agreed and the affair was going on since sometime, but the student did not get her part of the deal inspite of her compiling with the professor's demands. She connived with a TV channel after realisin g that she has been cheated, and the sting operation revealed the whole methodology of Jagarapu Rama Naidu Proff of Economics.
