TTD at MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam took a decision to take up Samprokshana (cleaning up) program in 1130 temples in Visakhaptnam district under “Mana Gudi”- means our temple.
As stated by the Vice President of Dharma Prachara Mandali, Rambabu, the program will be taken up with the joint efforts of TTD and DPP to start on 8th August with cleaning program called “Alaya Shobha”.
Kumkumarchana will be performed in 108 temples on 12th. Other important programs are Gopuja on 14th, collective Varalakshmi Vratham on 16th Satyanarayana Vrathams on 17th.
Main Managudi program will be taken up at all temples on Sravana Pournami that falls on 21st. In Managudi, Abhishekam, Archana and collective chantings will be taken up. Dharma Prachara Mandali elected a body to conduct the above programs in Managudi.
