The MLC Swami Gowd today became furious to see the copy of the draft bill of State Reorganization torn off and burnt at the media point in the Assembly. 

Swami Gowd went to attack MLC Satish Reddy physically who was tearing the copy of the bill.  MLC Nannapaneni Rajakumari also was there at that time who fell down for the impact.  Police of course were at media point anticipating trouble stopped the charging Swami Gowd. 

Rajakumari told the media persons at media point later that she complained to the Chairman of the Legislative Council Chakrapani about the incident.  She questions what will be the situation after Telangana is given when the compound in the Legislative Council is not safe.
