Strawberry Banana Smoothie:
Ingredients:
1 glass of milk
1 banana, chopped
1 tsp honey
1 cup strawberries, sliced into halves
Method:
In a blender add milk, bananas, honey, handful of strawberries.
Give this a good blend.
Garnish with a some mint leaves.
Banana and Honey Smoothie:
Ingredients:
400 ml yogurt, frozen
2 bananas, frozen
3 tsp honey
2 tsp pumpkin seeds
10 ml water
Method:
Peel bananas and put yogurt and bananas in a blender
Add 2 tsp of honey. Add 2 tsp of pumpkin seeds. Add a dash of water
Give it a good whisk till smooth.
Pour in a tall cold glass.
Garnish with pumpkin seeds and honey.
Melon and Kiwi Fruit Smoothie:
Ingredients:
1 kiwi, cut
2-3 slices of papaya
2 slices of melon
A couple of grapes
1 plum, sliced
1 glass milk
1/2 - 1 tsp honey
1/2 cup oats
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Serve chilled.
You can use sugar or honey according to your taste.
