Pavan is learnt to have purchased two costly villas, one at Pune and the other at Mumbai recently. Pavan, who is at the moment holidaying in the US, has been staying with his wife Renu Desai at Pune in the newly bought villa for the last six months and the couple has been frequenting between Pune and Mumbai at leisure times, according to sources.
“These days, Pavan is staying mostly at Pune and when ever there is work, he is flying to Hyderabad,” said the sources.
Pavan’s son, Akira Nandan, is studying at a Pune school and Renu Desai is taking care of the boy when Pavan is not around in town.
