Hero Venkatesh who wanted to become a producer but not an actor came to the acting line with Kaliyuga Pandavulu as his father Dr.Rama Naidu wanted him to do it. He was by then was studying the film production activity and acquired good knowledge about it but did not think of acting.  He somehow completed the responsibility given to him. But he also as a good learner became proficient in acting to become an assurance to the audience and the producers that his movie will have enough entertainment quotients in it.

But after all these three decades of acting career, the producer in Venkatesh did not fade away.  His ambition to become a producer is still unfulfilled.  He knows how much has to be spent in cine production and where.

When he was asked about entering politics, Venkatesh said that it is not his cup of tea.  He firmly said that he can never adjust to political life. He says that in political field one has to distance himself from the morality and ethics which does not suit him.

Venkatesh says that from next year onwards he wants to have his own film production house to produce youth oriented films for which he is going through different story lines.
