It was known in the past that there was a case held on Shruthi Haasan by PVP acclaiming that he had given us dates and now acting in another film. Regarding this they also brought a stay that she should not sign any new films in future.

Shruthi even argued in the court that she was not offered any amount. She questioned that PVP offered 10 lakhs as advance but not turned again, then how come, this case be valid ?  The PVP was asked an explanation for this and court gave some time.

In the span of this incident, overnight, few miracles took place, and the  PVP company withdrew the case. There is no reason of why the company came to this decision.  Now Shruthi is freed from all these obstacles and ready to sign some big movies with Ajith and Vijay.

If the buzz is to believed, Kamal Haasan was involvement and with his influence, PVP had to withdrew who can easily guess the future consequences of film banner when targeted a top star's daughter.
