Rajamouli’s Baahubali has acquired another notable status, after surpassing all the big blockbuster records of the country.
E Stars films, the leading Chinese distribution company, which earlier distributed Aamir Khan’s PK in 5000 screens, now came forward to distribute Baahubali in 6000 screens in China, in May this year.
Released as a regional movie, Baahubali was termed as an international one, just within a few days after the release. It is the first ever movie, which released in Bollywood in dubbing version and collected over Rs. 100 crores and even gave tough competition to Bollywood blockbusters and overtook those records.
Enhancing Baahubali market further, even comics with Baahubali characters got released recently.
It was then, not just Bollywood, but the world started eyeing upon Baahubali and started to use its craze at its best. Upon the suggestion of a few of the Bollywood biggies, Rajamouli even announced Baahubali 3 and said that, it would be in a never before seen avatar.
On the other side, Baahubali already roared in several foreign countries and in this process, it is now set to roar in China. Getting 1000 screens more than Aamir Khan’s PK itself says the craze of Baahubali.
Hope it continues to roar in the same way even in China and many other foreign countries, extending the boundaries of Telugu makers films.
