Sardaar Gabbar Singh run time trimmed due to fear

Benefit shows is the one word, that is being heard big in all the big cities now, where Sardaar Gabbar Singh is going to conquer from April 8th. Not just in the small theaters, for the first time, the Pawan Kalyan’s starrer is even going to witness the benefit shows in the multiplexes. No other Telugu movie achieved this rare feat in the past and as such, Sardaar takes this indisputable record.

While the benefit show tickets cost in the normal theaters itself is showing the sky, the tickets price in the multiplexes will make one fall back of the bosses, for the advance salary.

Reportedly, in the normal theaters, the benefit show ticket cost is currently touching Rs. 3000 and one Pawan Kalyan fan, recently bought a ticket for a whopping Rs. 10000, in a Hyderabad theatre.

While the hopes are at the peak, the makers are now worrying about the run time. In the recent times, Kick 2 secured huge negative talk because of its more run time. The makers are of the opinion that, how entertaining the film is, the audience would not have patience to watch for more than 2.5 hours.

Moreover, Sardaar Gabbar Singh theatrical trailer has secured a negative talk all over and that is even more worrying the makers, who are speculating the movie to do hundreds of crores business.

So, reportedly, director Bobby along with producer Sharath Marrar had approached Pawan Kalyan, and requested to trim the film.

Power Star refused to compromise on his dream project, but later had to accept it with a condition, that the trimmed scenes would be added in the second week after the movie release. So 2.45 hours run time of Sardaar Gabbar Singh witnessed 10 minutes of cuts and came down to 2.35 hours now.

It should be seen, how far this trimming influence would be on the film, which is gearing up for a grand release across the world in less than two days.
