He has been shooting for his next movie Jai Lava Kusa during which he signed the television show Bigg Boss which is said to be a reality show. The actor wanted to challenge himself after which he signed the tv show. He has been paid huge remuneration for the reality show and Tarak interacted with the press during which he revealed that he too is excited to know about the response of the audience as he was hosting a television show for the first time in his life.

On Sunday, Bigg Boss got a thumping TRP of 16.18 tvrs which is huge. With huge traffic for Bigg Boss, Star MAA is leading the list of most watched channel across the Telugu speaking states. Tarak has been widely appreciated across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for his hosting skills.
Tarak is shooting for his next movie Jai Lava Kusa in the direction of KS Ravindra (Bobby). The shoot is currently going on in Pune and some crucial episodes along with a song are shot. Nivetha Thomas and Rashi Khanna are the female leads in the movie and Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer. Nandamuri Kalyanram is producing Jai Lava Kusa on NTR Arts banner. The movie has been aimed for September 21st release all over.
