PRP president and mega star Chiranjeevi today held a secret meeting with the governor ESL Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan, according to highly placed sources.

The meeting gains importance in the wake of reports that the congress party high command has been contemplating action against the pro-Jagan group MLAs and the PRP may extend support to the government in case of trail of strength in the assembly.

Reports say that Chiranjeevi met the Governor at the instance of Raj Bhavan soon after the chief minister held discussions with Narasimhan on the latest developments following the fast undertaken by Jagan in Delhi.

Governor seems to have sought from Chiranjeevi the details of PRP MLAs who will stand by the party’s decision to extend support to the government in case of a trail of strength in the assembly.

Chiru kept his meeting with the Governor a top secret and he went to Raj Bhavan even without informing his senior party colleagues. But somehow media came to know of the meeting.
