YouthismAfter family entertainers, reality films, now it is the trend of ‘Youth’ films that is rolling high in Bollywood this year. Guess what; even film makers like Sanjay Leela Bhansali are making films that youth can connect to. Bhansali’s latest film ‘My Friend Pinto’ revolves around the emotions of the youth.

The recent release F.A.L.T.U, turned out to be a big sensation among the teenagers. Best of friends Shah Rukh and Karan Johar also opted for youth films, Shah Rukh is acting in Roshan Abbas, ‘Always Kabhi Kabhi’ and Karan will be Directing a film ‘Student of the year’. We all are aware even Amir Khan’s ‘Delhi Belly’ will attract the youth.

Another two youth ka films  ‘Love ka the End’ and ‘Mujhse Friendship Karoge’ those are going to hit the theaters soon, are produced by Gen Y films, the sub production house of Yash Raj films. Zoya Akthar’s Directorial Debut, Hritik, Abhay Doel, Farhan Aktar and Katrina starrer, ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ is also much talked about amongst the youth.

Wow! Too many Youth films. Then what about family Audience? Do not worry; we still have some production houses like ‘Raajasri Productions’ who produce only ‘Family’ oriented films, irrespective of the change in the trend!
