Breaking: 2.0 Release Pushed Again?: Superstar Rajinikanth wrapped up the shoot of his next outing 2.0 some time ago. Sensational director Shankar directed the movie which has enough dose of VFX work involved. Shankar wanted enough time for the post-production work to be wrapped up. Amy Jackson played the female lead and Akshay Kumar is the lead antagonist in 2.0 which is the sequel for Robo. Rajinikanth recently announced that 2.0 will hit the screens during Tamil New Year in April however the latest developments say that the release of the film has been pushed ahead.
Shankar is not so impressed with the output of the VFX work after which he asked the VFX teams to work again on some of the episodes. Even the 3D conversion has been taking enough time because of which the release will be pushed informed a reliable source from the movie unit. Shankar is keen on announcing the official release date once he gets convinced with the VFX worked informed the source. AR Rahman composed the tunes and the audio of the film is already a smashing hit. Lyca Productions is producing 2.0 and the film will release in 3D in multiple languages.
