Mahesh Babu’s much awaited movie ‘Kaleja’ has run itself into a controversy even before its release. Tollywood production house Nithyasri Productions has lodged a complaint with the Hyderabad Film Chamber that the title ‘Kaleja’ was already registered by them and they had not given the rights of the title to any one.

Sanikommu Vijayabhaskara Reddy, representing the Nithyasri Productions, in his complaint requested the Film Chamber to see that their title was not grabbed by anyone.

Nithyasri Productions has already registered the title for their forthcoming movie to be directed by debutante Subba Reddy.

"The news that another film is being made with the same title 'Kaleja' has schocked us. We did not give the rights to the title to anyone," he said adding that they have already lodged a complaint with the Film Chamber.
