With his chocolate hero looks, it really tough to imagine Imran Khan to be a rough Haryanvi. we mean no offense, yet playing the real Haryanvi  mouthing the "laath-maar" language seems to be no Imu's job. But fortunately he has the ace director Vishal Bharadwaj on his side , who is casting him for his upcoming film 'Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola' . And who knows the way Vishal Bharadwaj transformed Saif ali khan  into Langra Tyagi in Omkara , what will he do to Imran in  his latest offering or what a movie goer can aspire to expect from the flick. Yet the slightest assumption we can have that we will be seeing a whole new avatar of Imran Khan aka Imu who has so far failed to impress the audience in the manner of his mamu.

Reports say that the  actor has taken the job pretty seriously . He was asked by the director to beef up his scrawny physique to play the character and to grow a beard, he also had to get his ears pierced since his character wears ear-rings throughout the film. Everything was pretty fine until his pierced part developed an infection causing septic in the ears of our lover boy.  "To get into the character for 'Matru Ki Bijle ka Mandola', I had to pierce my ears and wear gold studs. But right after few days, I was undergoing tremendous pain as there was some infection that was caused. Unfortunately, I couldn't wear those studs and I had to wear clip-ons," said Imran .

Sources revealed that in spite of the pain the actor refused to take earrings off in order not to hamper the looks Vishal visualized for the character .

That is some perfectionism BTW..!
