The dashing Shahid Kapoor is set to be back with a bang , this time the actor will be seen in Rajkumar Santoshi's new film "Phata Poster Nikla Hero!. Co-starring with charming Ileana D'Cruz who received lots of accolades for her debut film, 'Barfi!'.

Recently, the two actors were spotted shooting for the film in Mumbai’s Lokhandwala complex. Shahid was riding a scooter and Ileana was sitting behind him. The duo looked rocking together. They were filming for the scene in which Ileana was walking on the road and getting eve-teased by the local goons. This is when Shahid like a typical Hindi cinema hero enters and saves the girl.

'Phata Poster Nikla Hero' is a Bollywood masala entertainer directed by Rajkumar Santoshi of 'Ghayal', 'Andaz Apna Apna', 'Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani' fame. Shahid is seen in the police inspector uniform. Shahid Kapoor on November 2 tweeted that 'Phata Poster Nikhla Hero' has started to roll and was expected to be completed by February 2013. The film is being produced by Ramesh Taurani's Tips Films. The film has been produced by Ramesh Taurani, Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapur.

Taurani said, 'Phata Poster Nikla Hero! is a full fledged masala entertainer with elements of romance and action. It is an original story and not a remake. The film went on the floors from November and will release next year".

Shahid has been signed for Prabhu Deva's 'Namak' opposite Katrina Kaif and the film will go on floor next year. Seems after a series of not so successful films and a bad year, the actor will shine once again in 2013...
