T-TDP Prez Ramana Compares Revanth To Back-Stabber Nadendla: Telangana-Telugu Desam Party (T-TDP) President L. Ramana made some sensational comments on Revanth Reddy’s resignation. The attack about Mr. Revanth Reddy’s exit from TDP have got going, with Revanth Reddy all set to join Congress.

Mr. Ramana said that Revanth’s exit will not affect the party in the state. Such consequences are not new to TDP and advised the cadre not be apprehensive, said Mr. Ramana. Further addressing to media, Ramana criticized Revanth for leaving the party, as it gave him a political birth and made him a star campaigner of the party. Ramana calling him an opportunist criticized saying, “Revanth Reddy has been secretly working with Congress leaders and Rahul Gandhi since last six months,” and this information was provided to the party supremo Chandrababu Naidu.

He further compared Mr. Reddy with Nadendla Bhaskar Rao, who pulled a coup on the NTR government with help of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in 1984. After that, Bhaskar Rao also became the Chief Minister of state - but remained only for 31 days.

“Even when Bhaskar Rao deceived NTR, Telugu Desham came to power with all force and we’ll repeat the same again. TDP will contest in all 119 constituencies in coming polls and we will try to hoist our party flag in the assembly segments. Only TRS and Congress are our leading opponents,” said Ramana. He further warned Revanth that he will not be able to see his growth in venom-filled Congress party. He warned that the actions, against the party ideology, will not be tolerated.

The TDP will emerge on its own and will fight against Congress and TRS, in Telangana. There is no need to bother about the allegations made by Revanth when leaving the party, added Ramana. The TDP will be strengthened and all the districts and constituencies are going to visit the leaders. However, the T-TDP president mentioned that they are open for alliances and anyone whose ideologies are similar. In the next elections, the TDP will be competing in 119 constituencies in Telangana, said the T-TDP President

Revanth Reddy submitted his resignation from the party, earlier on Saturday, when he met TDP supreme Chandrababu Naidu in Amaravati. The media asked Revanth to speak about conflict with other leaders of party in Telangana. He said , while walking out of Babu’s chamber : “I don’t want to waste my time. I don’t have any opinion on them now”.
