Eight Monkeypox Cases Reported In India Till Date:- The scare of monkeypox reached India and the World Health Organization (WHO) warned the nations to be extra cautious. The spread of monkeypox is huge in USA and some of the African countries and Dubai nations. India's Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandavviya revealed that a total number of eight monkeypox cases are reported and detected in the country till date. He informed the same in the Rajya Sabha today and he said that the government is working hard to prevent the further spread of the cases. All the foreign passengers are scanned thermally and he said that the situation of monkeypox is currently under control. Out of the eight patients, five of them have a history of international travel from Dubai and Sharjah.

The Indian government asked the UAE to monitor the monkeypox cases. A 22-year-old youngster who returned back from UAE suffered with monkeypox and he passed away yesterday. The youngster died in Kerala's Thrissur and he had mild symptoms of monkeypox. Some of the international passengers are taking paracetamol and they are not getting detected in the airport's thermal screening. Hence, the government of India approached UAE and asked them to update the history of India-bound passengers. Mandavviya revealed that monkeypox is not a risky disease and it can be prevented by tracing the contacts and the patients. They have to be kept isolated for some of the days.
